Dependency updates and bug/security fixes

• Used Codex for automated security scanning of the repo. Nothing overly dangerous was found, but there were some missing backend guards that could have allowed users to change account settings they should not have been able to modify. Those issues have now been patched.
• Fixed a bug that was causing some show imports to count against user upload limits. Imports do not count against monthly upload time.
• Fixed billing hour cache that was causing plan changes not to be reflected right away in upload allowance.
