Plan time bug, improvements, and updates

• Fixed a bug where the plan time was not being updated correctly and was including time of old files.
• Migrated from AWS SDK for presigned URL generated to using a lightweight library that generates presigned URLs without loading the AWS SDK.
• Optimized Octane server configuration to reduce memory usage and improve performance.
• Fixed a bug with chapter generation that was incorrectly generating an error.
• Fixed a bug that was causing delete episode button to be enabled when it should have been disabled during delete operation.
• Updated dependencies and packages.
