Audio upload improvements + bug fixes

• Moved duration extraction on audio upload to a background job to prevent memory issues and container crashes. Uploads now complete immediately, with duration extracted asynchronously.
• Disabled replace audio file when transcripts are processing.
• Changed behavior so if you're on another page of episodes, and you click into the episode. If you click back, you will remain on the same page you were on. Number of episodes displayed is also remembered.
• Fixed a bug where the save button was showing as enabled when clicking 'generate transcript' or 'regenerate transcript'.
• Set replace audio to delete existing transcript since it will no longer be accurate.
