• Added a "Need help?" button across the platform for quick support access
• Improved support tickets to auto-include relevant user info
• Added Free Plan notices to key pages to remind users about the 90-day episode limit
• Updated feed logic to handle uncached feeds gracefully by queuing the job and waiting up to 30 seconds before returning a 503 if needed
