Added dedicated episode share page + extra image validation

• Added image validation when the backend is trying to return smaller images. The player now verifies the image exists instead of assuming.
• Added a dedicated public share page for episodes. You can now visit the episode's page, click the three horizontal dots, and share. From here, you can copy a link to share on social media or via text message. The page allows users to listen to the episode and shows various ways to follow your show. Plays from this page will appear in analytics under "Share Page Player".
• Fixed a bug in the map gradient where, if there was only one download, the entire map appeared in the same color.
• Fixed several bugs in the map that were caused by using legacy configurations instead of the updated format.
