Analytics Bug Fix + Crypto Billing Improvements

• Fixed a formatting issue in the cryptocurrency cost calculator.
• Added information to the billing page for users paying with cryptocurrency. You can now see how much time is left.
• Corrected the analytics filter (again) for "does not equal embedded player."
