Replaced graphing engine

  • The analytics graphs were fairly basic. I originally aimed to make them functional enough to get Yellowball started. However, after using them more for my own podcast, I realized their limitations. The graphs now use Apache ECharts instead of Frappe Charts, providing better performance and support for a wider range of chart types. While things are mostly the same for now, the new engine will allow more chart options in the future.
