Tracking no included
These days, most websites are packed with trackers like Google Analytics, monitoring your every move—it’s all BS. I don’t do that at Yellowball. No tracking scripts, no hidden analytics tools. You’ll still get the data you need for your show, like download numbers and listener locations, but it’s all collected through straightforward web server logs—not invasive code.
No mandatory branding
Just like I avoid labels on my clothes, I’m not putting them on your embedded player or hosted podcast site. Sure, companies want their name out there, and having their logo on your content helps spread the word. But if you're paying for something, it shouldn’t come with strings attached. With Yellowball, branding is optional and can be easily disabled—no extra charge, it’s always included.

I built Yellowball because I couldn’t find a simple, private hosting solution when I started my podcast. I wanted something reliable with minimal features—not a fancy dashboard that wastes time. My goal was to focus on creating, not navigating through unnecessary complexity.

Some podcast hosting providers promise unlimited shows, downloads, or episodes. I don’t. Why? Because “unlimited” is just a marketing gimmick—there’s always a limit.
